Check the accuracy of your current auditing system.
We are now offering periodic audit checks for companies with electronic systems in place. This is a terrific service to make sure that your current software is catching everything that it should regarding hours of service violations. We will of course check for accuracy in filling out the logbooks. Feel free to call and discuss how often you would like to have your data double-checked.
You choose a percentage of your driver population to audit and the frequency with which you would like to double-check. You can choose which drivers to send in (frequent offenders) or we can generate a randomized sample list for you.
Example: You have 50 drivers and want to QC 15% of your data on a quarterly basis (7.5 drivers). Every three months you can send the previous three month’s worth of logs for 7 ( or 8 ) drivers. We will send you a list of reports, lists & letters for that time period that you can use to check the accuracy of your current auditing software.
